Item 1: Player of the moth trophies final cost (Agreed)
Item 2 Junior shots:
Junior shots has been recommended that it will be run by Supporters club.
Sami: Proposal to club of benefits Cards Birthday/Christmas, Present Player of the month talk to
Victoria about a junior shot page.
Ian: Can we get sponsorship to pay for items to give to junior shots (scarfs/autograph books)
Sami: Discuss with TW Junior shot days/sessions with players.
Item 3: Meeting to increase numbers with MB
Send note to supporters that cannot attend have they got ideas
Ideas include
Home Guard game (reduce ticket prices)
Bundles for consecutive home games £50 cist idea
Free drinks first Game back
Cheaper tickets for season ticket holders of other football teams when playing away
Cheaper tickets during internationals and no higher league games
Ground hope incentives (seen used by Oldham)
More entertainment for half time e.g quiz (Martin West Ham do something similar)
Ian to help support Foundation with community stand and finding other companies/associations to
visit.
Item 4: Open Day Wednesday 2nd August those available Becky, Sami, Bobby and Aaron
New membership forms
Draw season ticket winner.

Item 5: Paul changing website to be made more accessible. Contact previous players IWAS to be
