We Rise Together
We are the Aldershot Town Supporters Club.
We are a committee of passionate shots supporters with two core aims. Supporting the club and supporting the fans.
Starting the supporters club a few months before COVID-19 hit has certainly had its challenges on all fronts but we can assure members and supporters that we are here and actively building for the future - including our Autism awareness game in April (more information to come soon).
To date we have supported supporters and the club by running the administration on In With A Shot, buying a new tumble dryer for the kit, holding a race night for supporters, putting on a £5 away coach for members (unfortunately canceled due to lockdown), giving away match worn shirts/boots (as well as £20 club shop vouchers to our members) and sponsoring the first ever Shots TV game amongst other initiatives. Up and coming we have our ball sponsorship as part of the Autism awareness game we are going to be running and also the supply of new nets that can be put up in front of the community stand during warm ups to protect fans and the seats.
To date currently, we have approximately £1500 in our account as we look to push on. Contrary to rumours we don't aimlessly give the funds to the club. We as a committee decide what to spend the funds on. We are also independent from the club.
Due to various circumstances our committee has also been reduced and is currently made up of Bobby Blair (Chairperson), Paul Breading (Secretary) and Aaron Alexander (Treasurer). If you are interested in joining our committee please reach out as the more committee people we have the more we can do for the club and supporters.
